In addition to the resort's incredible amenities, we offer those little extras that let you know we really strive to make your stay memorable. We provide an initial supply of hand soap, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher powder, all purpose cleaner, garbage bags, toilet tissue and paper towels. We want to keep our units in top condition so we are going to help you help us maintain it during your visit.

Schulstadt Rentals is family owned and operated by Herb & Teresa Schulstadt. We are local owners at Majestic Beach Resort which enables us to provide hands on service to both our owners and guests. Herb is also a realtor with Majestic Beach Properties, LLC, the on-site real estate office for Majestic Beach Resort.

Our mission is to provide quality service and super clean units at an affordable price to our guests while protecting the investment of our owners. Of course, we are trying to make a little money during the process.
